Shipping Information

Your order(s) will be shipped within 72 hours from the time your order is placed. If for some reason your shipment can not be filled within 72 hours, a representative from Who Cut The Cheese customer service will contact you via email promptly to inform you of the particular circumstances, estimated ship date, and give you an opportunity to provide input on how to proceed with your order.

Domestic Shipping:

At this time we are shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with package tracking.

International Shipping:

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, and the Rest of the World will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with package tracking to most international locations. There is a weight limit of 20 lbs on international shipments. Orders over 20 lbs will have to be broken into an extra shipment and charged accordingly. If your package is over 20 lbs, a Who Cut The Cheese customer service representative will email you in order to determine how you would like your order filled.

Exchange, Return, and Refund Policies

If you are not happy, we're not happy! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us, with the item # and reason for return, at support@shopwhocutthecheese.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number should be placed on the outside of your return packaging and internally on a copy of your packing slip or invoice. The RA# helps us to easily and quickly process your return. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no refund or credit after 30 days. Please allow 14 days to process your return.

When returning an item, please pack item securely, enclosing a copy of your packing slip or invoice for quick reference, your RA# (Return Authorization Number), along with reason for return. Please use the shipper of your choice (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc) for returns. We recommend that you use a shipping method that has tracking or delivery confirmation. Being that Who Cut The Cheese is located on Maui, we ship from Maui and from our drop shipment location in Portland, Oregon. Your order thus may be shipped from Maui, HI or Portland, OR. Returns will be processed through the drop shipper in Portland, OR.

How can I check the status of my order?

How do you ship?

At this time we ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your order shipped in a way that we do not currently offer, please contact us at info@shopwhocuthecheese.com before you place your order and we will do what we can to serve you.

Why doesn't shopwhocutthecheese.com sell cheese and wine on its website?

Maui law prohibits the shipping of wine or alcohol from retailers in Maui. At this time, we are not shipping cheese because we can not ensure the integrity and quality of the cheese upon its arrival to you. Yet we're doing our most to spread the love of wine, cheese, and good humor through quality apparel, merchandise, accessories, and gifts on this website.

What more can you tell me about ordering baskets and platters?

Our gourmet baskets and platters are artfully designed by well-trained team members at Who Cut The Cheese. Meats and cheeses are labeled, so the recipient or those enjoying the food, know what they are delighting in.

For us to best fill your basket or platter orders, we recommend that you place those orders as a separate transaction/order from other merchandise. This will keep your delivery/shipping wishes clear and help us successfully serve you.

Our baskets are available only to the Hawaiian Islands. Baskets for Maui can be ordered online, while those for the other islands should be ordered by phone at 1-800-493-0722 (toll-free) or 808-874-3930 (local direct). Platters are available on Maui only and can not be shipped to neighboring islands. However, you can phone the Who Cut The Cheese retail store and order cheese and gourmet foods to be shipped to any Hawaiian Island, and then you can arrange your own platter once it arrives.
